HANDSTANDS & HANDSTAND PUSHUPSAthletes attending this workshop should be able to hold a 60s plank, complete 5-10 pushups or modified pushups
Improve your handstands and learn handstand pushups. 4 weeks of 75 minute classes and gymnastics programming.
